I graduated after studying at the Politecnico di Milano and at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK, in Design & Craft, with a specialization in Multimedia Visual Communication, as well as further studies in ergonomics, User Experience Design, and New Media Production (John Moores University in Liverpool, UK).

My experience in the field of User‑Centered Design taught me to place the person at the center of every process, listening to both expressed and potential needs. As a PMI‑Certified Scrum Master, accustomed to Team management based on the Agile concept of “servant leadership” toward the group, clients, and projects, I integrated principles of collaboration, flexibility, transparent communication, and deep listening — elements that today enrich my way of supporting people through personal accompaniment, systemic constellations, and harmonization work.

I also have experience as a teacher, working with adolescents, university students (Le Vele in Pavia), and “Smart” women between 30 and 40 years old. This strengthened my pedagogical sensitivity, my presence, and my ability to support people from different generations and backgrounds.

I continued my path by completing a two‑year training in Counseling and Hypnosis with a constructivist approach, focused on Helping Relationships. This allowed me to deepen a way of being in relationship based on listening, presence, and the co‑construction of meaning. I offer guidance through a gentle and profound approach that helps you understand how you build your inner reality, soothe your emotions, and open new perspectives in life. It is a caring, non‑directive space that supports you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and harmony.

For several years, I took part in volunteer projects focused on social inclusion and intercultural dialogue, working with children and young people from diverse backgrounds, with the aim of strengthening their self‑confidence and self‑esteem — especially those coming from socially challenging environments. This experience deeply nourished my way of being in relationship.

Considero la vita una continua esperienza di crescita, in cui l’ascolto reciproco e la gentilezza sono fondamentali.

I am a Certified Practitioner of Systemic and Family Constellations, with particular attention to transgenerational psychogenealogy mechanisms, after two years of dedicated training. Over time, I enriched my practice by deepening individual sessions, both in person and online, which allowed me to refine my ability to recognize and support inner movements, invisible dynamics, and personal transformation processes.

In my practice of Systemic and Family Constellations, I act with a dual presence: as a Facilitator, I accompany people who wish to observe and understand their family dynamics, creating a safe, caring, and open space where the movements of the system can emerge and be integrated. As a Practitioner, I integrate constellations into counseling and energetic harmonization pathways, supporting deeper, lasting change aligned with each person’s inner resources.

This way of accompanying connects the phenomenological listening of constellations with a holistic approach to well‑being, where presence, clarity, and sensitivity become anchors for navigating personal transformation processes.

More recently, I completed an intensive training with Mezaelle as a New Generation – Unified Practitioner, specializing in holistic care oriented toward solutions and resolutions. This approach has been added to many other trainings dedicated to developing listening skills, understanding personal dynamics, relationships, and emotional regulation, nurturing a vision of accompaniment that blends depth, gentleness, and clarity.

I consider life as a continuous journey of growth, where mutual listening and kindness are essential.

I believe in a “constructivist vision” of situations, where each person has their own reality and their own way of interpreting every event, along with personal and essential inner resources. This perspective allows new points of view to emerge and supports the individual in finding different paths and approaches to transform blocked or repetitive dynamics.
