Is it possible to change my date?

Absolutely. You can reschedule your appointment at any time by sending us an email at info@harmoniaessence.com to let us know, and then selecting a new time slot on Calendly. You will also find a rescheduling link directly in the event confirmation email.

Tell me more about your cancellation policy.

In case of a missed appointment without prior notice, the payment already made will be retained. If you wish, we can gently explore together the possibility of rescheduling the session, in a way that respects the needs of both sides.

How does the billing process work?

Payment is made within two days before the appointment, or directly at the time of booking via Wise link, Wise transfer, or bank transfer. If an unexpected situation arises and you are unable to attend, we kindly invite you to reschedule the date and time through the link provided in your confirmation email, or to choose a new slot and inform us of the cancellation at info@harmoniaessence.com.

What is the process for managing guest invites?

Individual sessions are meant to be a personal and dedicated space, so inviting additional people is not permitted. For group events, or for sessions where invitations are open, the option will be available directly during the booking process. Can I receive a receipt for my order?

Absolutely. For every paid booking, a receipt will be issued. If you need to add any details that were not included during the reservation process (full name, VAT number, business name, address), feel free to send them to info@harmoniaessence.com and we will update the receipt for you.
